Mbosso’s manager Sandra Brown has shared her experience in working with WCB artist Mbosso.
The team working with the Wasafi Artist is made up of ladies from his Manger to Deejay and driver as well.
Mbosso says that by choosing a team of ladies to work with him, he believes that it is a way of empowering women and making them believe that women are also capable of holding such positions.
Being the only female manager under Wasafi, Sandra says that she feels honored to be part of the team and she also feels respected to know that the Wasafi management believes in her.
She also explains that there is nothing special about them but only that they are committed to their work and always want to do the best for the success of their artist.
Sandra also added that by being present together with the other ladies in Mbosso’s team, it is also a sign that the management is keen on the gender balance strategy which is a good thing for any organization.
On her experience in working with Mbosso, Sandra says that just like in any other profession, there are challenges too.
“Sometimes my artist is persistent when it comes to what he wants and at times this calls for me to eat a humble pie so that we can get to a point of understanding and make a decision of common ground” she said.
The team however is keen to ensure that their artist delivers what is expected to his fans.
