OFFICIAL! Pochettino will not be Man United Manager

Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino no longer seems to be linked with Manchester United where Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is doing ‘the best job interview‘. What doesn’t help the Argentinian is his recent results with Spurs. Even if he has no plans to leave his club he might soon be involved in a fiercer top-4 race.

Michael Owen reckons that Pochettino is now secure at Spurs: ”Some welcome news for Spurs fans after dropping out of the Premier League title race. Surely only a matter of time before Solskjaer gets named as United’s manager.

”And with Zidane returning to Madrid, the position of their in-demand manager looks to be secure.”

According to The Mirror, Solskjaer will be named United’s permanent boss during the international break. The reason not to wait until the end of the season is the club would want more certainty heading into the next campaign.
