Elgeyo Marakwet senator, Kipchumba Murkomen has congratulated the newly appointed Chief Administrative Secretary for Tourism Mr. Joseph Boinnet.
Terming the former Inspector General as his friend, Murkomen poured praises to Boinnet and expressed confidence that he (Boinnet) will excel in the new office.
Boinnet had been appointed on Wednesday by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Also quick to respond to the appointment was Elgeyo Marakwet Deputy Governor H.E Wisley Rotich.
