The hearing of the case involving Joseph Irungu alias Jowie and TV Journalist Jacque Maribe in connection with the gruesome murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani is set to resume today, Wednesday.
Jowie and Maribe will be appearing before Justice James Wakiaga who granted Mrs. Maribe bail but ended up denying the same to Jowie with arguments that Jowie is not only a flight risk but a woman eater whose love for guns was likely to intimidate witnesses.
The Woman Eater tag made Jowie make an application to have Justice Wakiaga rescue himself from hearing his case only for him to later make peace with the Judge meaning Jowie is still at the mercy of Wakiaga.
