Wasafi Dancer explains ‘wig mishap’ in ‘Kainama’ music video

Wasafi Dancer Angel Nyigu has explained the embarrassing moment of her wig falling off during the Kainama video shoot.

‘Kainama’ official music video was released a couple days ago and the conversation on social media is about the faults that are vivid in the song.

The Song which is a collabo between Harmonize, Burna Boy and Diamond Platnumz is one of the biggest tunes and the fact that it features top artists who are popular in the International scene; such a set back was unexpected.

Angel Nyigu revealed that she knew that her wig fell off during the video shoot but she did not think it was a big deal since she was confident that they had recorded many good shots of the scene.

She also explained that the reason why she did not tell the director is because whenever they make a mistake, the director at times asks them to proceed with the knowledge that the video editor will cut out all the errors.

The dancer however says that the director and editor also did not notice that part and this might have ruined it big for the artists.

Angel Nyigu also said that she knows so well that she did something wrong and she felt bothered by the fact that Harmonize posted on his Instagram page calling her out for ruining the video.

She says that not many people had noticed until the people who make music reviews pointed it out.

The dancer says that people contacted her after the error went viral and the video director also called her to question why she did not inform him.

The dancer says that this is however the first time since such an incident happened to her.

She has featured in other wasafi songs such as ‘Tetema’ which is also a 2019 hit song by Rayvanny.

Angel Nyigu said that this has taught her to be more careful when it comes to her dancing career.

She also revealed that the idea of wearing the wig hit her when she was on the shooting scene and the wig was not even the right size for her.

She however says that she has no regrets since humans are bound to mistakes.

The dancer however apologized to Harmonize for that set back. The video is 2 days old on YouTube and is already close to a million views.
