Aisha Jumwa to breath for 10 days

Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa who was facing expulsion from her ODM party has another reason to smile after Political Parties Dispute Tribunal (PPDT) barred the party from expelling her.

The Tribunal lead by Chyalo Mboobu pulled back the grievance against the Registrar of Political Parties by assent yet will stay in the suit.

ODM was conceded 10 days to react to the cases by Jumwa.

Jumwa prosecuted ODM following her removal from the party.

She needs the court to suppress the choice over dismissal for the law, corruption and not being straight forward, where her Msambweni parer Suleiman Dori is concerned.

The ODM party blamed them for propelling the interests of another gathering by transparently battling for the DP to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta when he resigns in 2022.

Jumwa asserted the gathering ridiculed the law to guarantee she was kicked out and furthermore affirmed political witch-chase in clarifying why she will test the choice for her to never again be an individual from Raila Odinga’s party
