The hard headed team tanga tanga crew disobeyed the head of state Uhuru Kenyatta by politicizing a burial after Uhuru cautioned and advised against this during the 6th devolution conference held in Kirinyaga.

Speaking during the burial of Collins Kipyegon Kalya the son of Bomet East MP Beatrice Kones, Senate Majority Leader, Kipchumba Murkomen, Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot, his Bomet counterpart Christopher Langat and MPs Oscar Sudi(Kapseret) and Hillary Koskei (Kipkelion) claimed that Uhuru is using the fight against corruption to undermine Ruto.

The lawmakers challenged the President to solemnise his relationship with ODM Party leader Raila Odinga by dropping the DP and contest another election with Odinga as his deputy.

“President Kenyatta should stop taking us in circles and call a snap election with Odinga as his running mate. That will validate their relationship that has resulted in turmoil,” lamented MP Koskei.

Sudi told Uhuru to come out in the open and proclaim that he no longer needs Ruto.

“He should say so, that the political marriage is over. Uhuru should not hide behind the much-hyped fight against corruption when he is bringing down Ruto politically,” Sudi declared.

The rift in Jubilee appears to be deepening as the Uhuru-Raila handshake turns one year.

The MP also alleged that the impending fallout resembles what happened between the senior Kenyatta and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga.

“What Uhuru should remember is that President Jomo Kenyatta kicked Jaramogi Odinga out of government,”recalled Koskei.
