A man was taken in by police for kidnapping an Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (EACC) official.
The man is said to have demanded Sh2 million ransom.
According to DCI on Twitter, 37-year-old Shaban Wangatia Otinda was nabbed in Kitengela as he prepared to collect the money.
The EACC official was rescued.
