The Ethiopian Plane crash That took place on Sunday, 10 was not the first one to crash. However, it has brought very sad memories of another similar incident that occurred in 1996. However, in the past incident, the airlines plane crashed in the Indian ocean after it was hijacked, on its way from Nairobi to Addis Ababa.
A Nigerian journalist has tweeted that news of the Ethiopian Airlines crashing has brought back sad memories of 1996 when one of the airlines’ plane crashed in the Indian Ocean after it was hijacked.
Been feeling really sick since l read this sad news. In 1996 l was at the airport in Nairobi waiting to get on the Ethiopian Airlines plane from Addis which was hijacked and crashed over Comoros Island. Ethiopian Airlines is a star of Africa air… she tweeted.
