NTSA launches a search for a conductor caught on camera ejecting a passenger

The National Transport Safety Authority (NTSA) has gone after a tout attached to the Meru Shuttle Company after he was recorded on video ejecting a woman from matatu.

Following the viral video, the authority issued a statement indicating that the driver and the conductor of the vehicle KBU 254G had been summoned to the NTSA offices.

” NTSA wishes to inform the public that the Sacco officials have been directed to present the crew members to the authorities office in Meru County on Monday 11th March 2019 at 9 am,” the statement read.

The rogue matatu touts and drivers have been making headlines with the matatu culture taking blame at the end of the day.
