Embattled Real Madrid Striker, Gareth Bale buys a house in Manchester, Is he returning to the EPL?

Although Manchester United seem to have realised their potential, there is still need for more investments in more seasoned players and they have readily identified their possible catches.

Gareth Bale has reportedly bought a house in Manchester and agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a potential transfer this summer.

Don Balon claim Bale has agreed terms with United, and wants Real Madrid to accept the €80m (£68m) United are willing to offer.

But the report says Real will not entertain a bid below €120m (£103m), and Bale is said to have threatened to sit out his contract if a move is not allowed.

Bale, 29, has had a difficult season at Madrid, with his attitude questioned by sections of the Spanish media as he has not been seen to replace the huge contributions of Cristiano Ronaldo at the Bernabeu.

The Welshman has been linked with United before, but such an expensive move for the former Tottenham man seems unlikely given the club were reluctant to spend heavily on Ivan Perisic last summer, who was also 29 at the time.

Meanwhile, United are reportedly considering sending Tahith Chong out on loan for the whole of next season.

The Sun claim United want the 19-year-old to gain regular first team experience, and see a temporary move abroad as beneficial to his development.

Chong made his debut in United’s first team this season, coming on as a substitute against Reading in the FA Cup, vs Southampton in the Premier League last weekend, and at PSG in Wednesday’s historic Champions League win.

The Dutch U21 international has made 19 appearances for United at youth level this season, scoring seven and assisting three times.

But United will look to give Chong regular playing time, if the report is to be believed, like they have done with Axel Tuanzebe and Timothy Fosu-Mensah this season.

Finally, United have opened talks to sign Bruno Fernandes at the end of the season, according to reports.According to A Bola,  United have already spoken about a possible transfer for the Portuguese attacking midfielder and have now made first contact with Sporting over a transfer.

Portugese international Fernandes, 24, has been in fine form this season, playing a direct role in 36 goals in 41 appearances.Chelsea and Liverpool are also said to be interested in Fernandes.
