Di Maria mocked for PSG collapse against Man Utd “Bottlers F.C!”

Di Maria, who left United in 2015 after a torrid season in Manchester, was poor in PSG’s 3-1 defeat on Wednesday night.

Having shone for the Parisians in the first leg, much was expected of the winger at the Parc des Princes, but he failed to deliver.

The Argentine didn’t appear interested in getting involved in the game as United got revenge on their former star.

Di Maria had mocked United fans at Old Trafford after his bitter departure, shouting “f**k off” at the home stand and picking up a beer and pretending to drink it after it was thrown at him as he celebrated PSG’s goals.

After United’s second-leg comeback, their fans took to the internet to get their revenge.

Di Maria’s Wikipedia page was changed to mock the star, and claim that he plays for ‘Bottlers F.C.’.

Di Maria

“Ángel Fabián Di María (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈaŋxel di maˈɾi.a]; born 14 February 1988) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays for Bottlers F.C. and the Argentina national team,” the page read.

United fans also took to Twitter to remind Di Maria of his actions during the first leg.
