Auditor General, Edward Ouko has revealed that Mombasa Governor, Hassan Ali Joho has used county allocation money appropriately thus making him (Joho) among best governor.
Ouko praised Joho for focusing on Mombasa Counties Health, Infrastructure and education as opposed to other governors that used a junk in paying salaries.
Joho was also commended for staying in his county and not Nairobi as majority governors reducing running cost.
The statements has come just a day after President Uhuru cautioned governors of using huge county money in paying salaries at the expense of development.
