A Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology student wa on Monday attacked Highpoint area on Thika highway.
This was as the student- Shawn Kevin Mugendi was waling home with his girlfriend.
The thugs were armed with knives and ordered the two to surrender their phones and money.
The third year student however got stabbed and beaten after declining to the robbers demands.
While attack on varsity students has lately been on the rise, students are now pointing fingers at the authorities for not doing enough to protect them.
