Bidco set to host ‘revolutionary’ agriculture conference at KCA

As different players in Kenya’s social-economic scene continue to gear towards President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Big Four agenda, many citizens are still thirsty for knowledge on how the government is going to achieve the touted projects. The president’s flagship programmes are premised on food security, manufacturing, housing and affordable universal health care.

The unprecedented symposium is slated for Thursday, March 28, at KCA University, Main Campus.

More focus has, however, been turned on food production since it is shared knowledge that the sector is where Kenya prides in and cements its economic base. It is, therefore, in this light that Bidco Africa and sectors’ expert Agrieal Africa are announcing to convene a one-day seminar envisioning to step up how stakeholders in the arena can unlock Sustainable Agribusiness Opportunities.

The unprecedented symposium is slated for Thursday, March 28, at KCA University, main campus. It is jointly convened by other partners like United Bank for Africa-Kenya (UBA), KCA University, Solidaridad Eastern and Central Africa, Fadhili Africa Ltd and The Tony Elumelu Foundation. It will run from 9am to 3pm.

This is one of the rare life time opportunities that all Kenyans you should grab since it provides chance for participants to network and learn from like-minded experts. At least 500 participants among them; farmers, agri-investors, agri-preneurs, environmentalists, market providers, academia, opinion shapers and corporate staffs will be in attendance.

Moses Ndiritu who is the Country Projects Co-ordinator at Solidaridad Eastern and Central Africa, John Kariuki-Agribusiness Development Manager at Bidco Africa Ltd and Benard Ndung’u-CEO, Fadhili Africa Ltd, will be among experts who will address the gathering.
