Some passengers say they were left stranded at the JKIA until around 10am before being transferred to hotels in the city.”I arrived here at 3:30am and went through the entire process because my flight was initially scheduled for 5am. We got a notification minutes before that time that it had been moved to 8am,” one passenger said.

“As we were coming to terms with the delay, it was announced that the flight had been rescheduled to 6pm. That is more than 12-hour delay. What is even annoying is that no one has been told what the real issues are.”On reaching KQ’s management for comment, the receptionists said the captain on duty and his crew failed to show up.
