Straight As in KCSE But in Jua Kali

This is the time when help from philanthropists like sonko is urgently needed to save a brilliant mind wasting away in jua kali.

A man from Siaya County has sought help from well-wishers to achieve his dream of becoming a pilot.

Moses Oduor revealed that he sat his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations in 2015 and scored an A of 81 points.

His good grades secured him a slot to study Medicine at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

However, he was unable to join the institution due to lack of funds. He then resorted to doing odd jobs in Nakuru – where currently lives.

In an interview with Daily Nation, Oduor explained that his childhood dream was to become a pilot and would like well-wishers to assist him.

”My passion has always been to become a pilot since I was young. I have not been able to join a piloting school because of poverty.

“I come from a humble family. I am an orphan. If you are able to assist me to achieve my dream, I’ll really appreciate,” he narrated.

Oduor’s plight caught the attention of social media users who vowed to help in whatever way they could.

Joy Kimani wrote, “Do we have his number? I have some cash to spare that could go to his education.”

Stephen Ouma wrote, “Where is the Pay Bill number? We need to take Oduor to school so that he can achieve his dreams.”

Ngeno Joyce posted, “Life can be so unfair, this guy needs assistance. Kenyans for Kenyans.”
