Suspects Patroba Odhiambo Tobia and his Indian accomplice Patel Kutulkumar Govindbhai were arrested over a human trafficking syndicate.
The two are accused that they involved in a networked syndicate which makes and issues fake American visas and Kenyan passports.
The two were detained for five days and await a court ruling over their case.
This follows a similar arrest last moth where 79 foreigners were rescued from human traffickers at Mlango Kubwa area in Starehe Constituency, Nairobi.
They included 75 Comorans, three Ugandans and a Congolese.
