Arsenal completed the signing of Alexandre Lacazette in the 2017 Summer transfer window and the Frenchman has been impressive in the two seasons he has been at the Emirates Stadium.
But shockingly, there has been many reports claiming that the gunners will be listening to offers for Lacazette in the summer because it wants to raise on its transfer budget.
With Emery expected to work on a tight budget in the Summer, the Spanish manager could avail the opportunity to encash on the forward in the Summer if the price is right.
Emery has two star forwards at his disposal in Aubameyang and Lacazette. He is not believed to be keen on pairing Lacazette and Aubameyang together on a permanent basis. In a single forward lineup, the former Sevilla manager has mostly preferred the Gabon international as his main man.
Arsenal will definitely sell many players in the summer transfer window but fans hope it won’t easily let go of the Frenchman because he has been one of their best players this season as per the statistics.
The gunners are lucky to have both Lacazette and Aubameyang in their squad this season because these two have scored over 20 goals for them, so it would be a poor decision to let one of them go.
Also, most believe that the fact Lacazette is certainly enjoying life at the Emirates Stadium this season because he has formed a great friendship/bromance with his striking partner Aubameyang, it would be a big surprise if he decided to end all ties with Arsenal in the summer.
Reports indicate that the goalkeeper Bernd Leno, defenders Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Hector Bellerin, midfielders Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira, as well as Aubameyang, are the only confirmed starters next term right now and many of the senior players are expected to be offloaded in the Summer.
