Raila Odinga’s Firm To Be AUCTIONED for Massive Unpaid Debt!

A company believed to be owned by National Super Alliance leader Raila Odinga is on the spot and currently facing auction over an unpaid debt of sh 7.7million belonging to another firm.

This comes after a Mombasa Court allowed Betric Kenya Ltd to recover the debt, together with interest from the Raila owned Spectre International Limited for unpaid fuel that was supplied in 2016.

Betric Kenya had delivered 14,500 litres of fuel oil to Kisumu based-Spectre International at a cost of Sh8 million between June 4 and July 18, 2016, but only a small amount has been paid-up.

According to Betric Kenya’s lawyer, Wameyo Onyango, Spectre International had requested a supply of oil, which it promised to pay in the span of 30 days.

“The total amount payable in respect thereof being Sh8 million, the defendant has made some payments leaving a balance of Sh7.3 million,”

Raila’s company seems to be facing some financial issues despite allegations by deported lawyer Miguna Miguna that Raila had received a whopping Ksh 50 billion last year from President Uhuru Kenyatta as part of the deal to work with the government on March 9th, last year.
