Things are not looking bright for the fisi council of Tanzania after the government has confirmed that their is a shorten of free condoms in the country.
According to reports, the shortage has been mostly felt in the regions of Shinyala and Njombe.
The shortage was updated by Tanzania’s deputy Health Minister, Faustine Ndugulile.
What’s even worse is that the two regions have a combined population of two million, so you can only imagine the thousands of fisis that will have to sleep ‘thirsty’ tonight!
Mr Ndugulile explained that the shortage was caused by the government’s new procurement policy to cut off private suppliers of free condoms.
