The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Wednesday appealed to public for information leading to arrest on two adults captured in a video urging a toddler to smoke bhang.
In the now viral video, one of the men is seen lying on a bed while the other is seated with the child standing and leaning on his lap.
In the video making rounds on social media, the two men are heard instructing the minor on how to smoke a roll of bhang and, at some point, one of them takes a puff and blows it on the toddler’s face.
The DCI, in a tweet posted Wednesday evening, said “Can you identify these men? Do you know them? We’d like to speak to them in connection to this video that was brought to our attention-we’re extremely worried about the child. If you can recognize them or have any information that may further our investigations, kindly DM Us”
