The Tanzania artist Juma Jux just released a hit collabo with Kenyan artist Nyashinski. Jux explains their song ‘Incase you don’t know’ as just not a love song but reflection on the power of love for your partner, your mom or your child, to generalize all lovers.
He says that he chose Nyashinski for he takes time to produce quality work; ” Nyashinski is a brilliant artist who takes time to produce quality work. We both have been checking out each others songs for some time. I had a feeling if he got on the track, he would add something unique to the song. He did a great job and we finally shot the music video with Hanscana from Nairobi.”
Jux is in his first year since he graduated last year. His collabo with Nyashinski is his first release this year. He says that this will be his year of bigger moves and releases. He is also one on the brand new season of Coke Studio Africa, which ha premiered across East Africa and multiple other African countries from last weekend. On coke studio, he will be preforming and recording another killer love ballad alongside Shelly Baronet a Mozambique singer.
