The Plight of Muthama’s Ex-Wife Continues: Agnes Kicked out of Machakos Home!

Former Machakos Senator Johnston Muthama has managed to evict his ex-wife, Agnes Kavindu Musyoka from his home in Machakos.

This comes after the High Court made the ruling that she was residing on his Mua property in Machakos County due to his will and not the fact that she was his wife.

The court ruling was executed based on the fact that Mrs Kavindu was unable to prove the duo had remarried and had lived together.

According to documents presented to the court, Kavindu was married to Muthama under customary Kamba law in 1975.

However, they divorced in 1983.

Additionally, Agnes had sought legal declarations on properties that Muthama still continues to hold despite the fact that she was entitled to half of the properties and money on any property sold or transfer of properties from one business entity to another.

Moreover, she also sought declarations for any income that Muthama will receive from the aforementioned properties, as well as requesting an injunction to be issued that will restrain Muthama from evicting her from her property in Mua.

Last but not least, Agnes has also sought for an injunction to restrain Muthama from getting any compensation of her property in Mua.
