21 Savage, according to the latest immigration policy revision under the Trump’s Administration may have to return to the United Kingdom until his Visa is re approved.
21 Savage who recently was released from ICE custody and reunited with his mother in Atlanta, filed his application in 2017 .
The process of reapproval takes ICE 4 years.
ICE claims the rapper, a British national, has long overstayed his visa and is thus eligible for deportation; Abraham-Joseph’s legal team contends that he has been “continuously physically present in the United States for almost 20 years” and has a visa application pending.
