Well, the DCI and ODPP (Noordin Haji and Dorcas Oduor) are allegedly in Italy investigating DP William Ruto’s acquisition of helicopters.
This has raised concerns from Kenyans, with a controversial blogger Robert Alai questioning the time Kenya will spend investigating Ruto.
