Detectives have today arrested an armed man whose photo went viral on social media. The DCI acted swiftly after Kenyans rose concern over how suspicious this was.
The detectives have also announced that the man will be charged accordingly following the incident.
On spotting this photo, vigilant Kenyans wondered whether he is a garbage collecter, undercover officer or a thug.
The confusion led Kenyans demand that action should be taken and the police launched investigations after the matter was brought to their attention.
The detectives said that Kenyans on twitter helped the detectives by giving additional information which was helpful.
The DCI also urged Kenyans to keep the same spirit and work together to keep the country safe.
