Kenyan female artist Akothee has walked down the memory lane and shared how a beating from her father in law left her in scars.
The singer has gone through a tough path and her journey is indeed inspirational to others.
Akothee says that she currently has the money to get a plastic surgery and get rid of the scars but she chooses to keep them.
Her reason being that the scars remind her of what she went through and the good thing about that is that eventually she made it through.
Akothee explains that the father in law beat her up after he found her in his son’s house who is the father of her 3 children.
The Singer was chased because she had gone back to the man’s house with his pregnancy. She encourages people not to allow their past to define their future.
Akothee is currently among the top musicians who has received recognition even in the International space.
The Singer is also among the top earning artists and apart from music, she also has several businesses that keep her going.
