Controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria is at it again after daring Deputy President Dr William Ruto and exuded confidence that he will beat Ruto in the 2022 Presidential election.
Kuria also bragged that he was interested in joining the Kiambu gubernatorial race in the 2022 general election to fight Ferdinand Waititu.
“I went to Nairobi University not Punjab University, i can’t take such a low job,” he said during a Citizen TV interview with Jeff Koinange.

The legislator said his eyes were purely fixed on the presidential seat and exuded confidence in becoming Kenya’s fifth Head of State.
In an exclusive interview on Hot 96 FM with Koinange on 4th February, Kuria said he would no longer be interested in ‘village politics’ after serving as MP for close to two term in a bid to unseat Waititu from the Kiambu governship.
“I can never go back to village jobs. I am running for the presidency in 2022,” Kuria bragged.
Fast forward to 13th February, Kuria has exuded confidence that DP, who is arguably seen as the front-runner for the top job, will come be the runner-up.
“He (Ruto) will be a very strong second to me…vote for vote I will (beat him),” he said.
“I can’t be William Ruto’s running mate, he should be mine! I have a long waiting list of people who want to be my running mate! Who wouldn’t want to be on the winning team?” he added.
When asked if he had the financial muscle to beat Ruto, Kuria said, “It is IEBC which will be announcing the winner, not the Central Bank” while adding “I am rich at heart..”
The vocal legislator also took a jab at Majority Leader Aden Duale, terming his leadership as dictatorial.
Kuria also accussed “Twitter guys, Fish Fingers guys and Uber guys” for being the biggest problem in this country!!”
