Kilifi County has given a special advise to lovers who are celebrating Valentine’s day. The County Celebrated this years world international Condom day at Kibaoni Stage.
EC of Gender Kilifi County Hon Maurine Mwangovya and Chief Officer Of Medical Services Kilifi County Dr Bilali Mazoya led the celebrations.
They urged the good people of Kilifi to use Condom especially the lovers day (Valentines day) which is normally celebrated in 14th of Feb every year to protect themselves from STIs and unwanted pregnancies.
Everyone has their own way of celebrating the lovers day and some do not celebrate at all. This advice was simply issued to remind people to be careful and responsible even as they take up the celebrations.
This advice does not necessarily apply to only Kilifi residents but to every Kenyan who will be caught up in part of the celebrations.
Top Celebrities and couples have led on the celebrations and the Internet was today flooded with messages of love.
