Our politicians have however taken this sex scandals to a whole different level. Kakamega Senator Cleopha Malala has been on the receiving end of brutal cyber bullying, which all emanate from sex scandals.
It is so embarrassing that Boni Khalwale, a career politician and established scholar would stoop so low to the point of trying to blackmail his fellow politician with a sex scandal.
Over the weekend, a video emerged online of a lady accusing Malala of not paying a 2ok debt. According to the lady who is a sex worker in Kakamega, she said Malala had not paid for the services she offered. The video went viral and elicited several reactions on social media.
The plot turned after the woman came clean and said she was coaxed by Boni Khalwale to malign Malala’s name.
“I was used politically by Boni Khalwale to malign the name of the Senator. I have come to ask the Senator for forgiveness after accusing him of something he did not do” says the woman who has been identified only as Veronica.
It seems Malala is a threat to Khalwale in Kakamega.
