Boni Khalwale appears to have gone through the full cycle of iron, copper, silver and golden ages. And if recent pronouncements attributed to him are anything to go by, he is still spinning the discus of political self-realisation. From Narc in 2002 to New Ford Kenya in 2007 and from UDF in 2013 to Ford Kenya in 2017, the “bull fighter”, as he is commonly known, has gone full cycle.
However we’ve all seen, in person or on T.V., the witness with his hand on the bible or right hand raised, swearing to tell “the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God.” By taking an oath, or affirmation, the witness is implicitly inviting punishment from God if the statement is untrue.
But even if the witness doesn’t believe in God, the legal consequence of taking an oath is to subject the witness to penalties for perjury if the statement is false. Such severe consequences should force people to tell the truth.
Whereas anyone who has spent any time at all around a heavy drinker will know that when alcohol starts pouring, secrets come out.

Boni Khalwale took the chance to compare the two characters using a graphic image and online followers were quick to support him saying some of the witnesses in courts have shown disrespect to the Bible for giving false information whereas drunkards confess the truth .. do you agree with his sentiments?
