It is now more than two weeks since the bloody terror attack on 14 Riverside Drive. The world came to a stand still after six men forced their way into the building and killed at least 21 people.

As focus turns to the masterminds of the bloody massacre, we are left with questions on how the attackers managed to register one of the vehicles at the scene of crime.

A Toyota Ractis car, with registration number KCN 340E was used by the attackers on several occasions. According to details, the car had been registered by NTSA. It later emerged that the registration of the vehicle was similar to another one in Kitengela.

So who registered this vehicle using fake documents? Blame lies with the NTSA to produce their officers who were compromised to aid an attack in which several people died.

On Wednesday, detectives from DCI raided the NTSA headquarters and arrested several officials in relation to this investigations. The offices were closed for business as the detectives started questioning the officials.

It is however not clear why the detectives have taken such a long time to raid NTSA.
