Lillian Mui has opened up about how dramatic and “dark” her December was.
The Citizen TV news anchor was in a bad place. This was evidenced by an Instagram post which has since been deleted.
The post put her baby daddy, Jared ‘Nevaton’ Ombogi on blast, branding his a sociopath who is a “community husband”.
Defending herself, she mused in an Instagram post saying:
“There’s gon’ be some stuff you gon’ see. That’s gon’ make it hard to smile in the future.
But through whatever you see, through all the rain and the pain, you gotta keep your sense of humor,” she quoted lyrics to a famous Tupac song titled Smile, featuring Scarface.
Lillian MuliSpeaking about the ‘dark’ December Lillian said:
“December was a very dark month for me I felt broken beyond repair; but God is fixing that.”
She added, “I decided to celebrate myself because I realized we seek the validation of people so much and sometimes forget that self Love is key. I therefore dared to do things differently and I purposed to shout to the world that I am so proud of what I’ve achieved over the years and I’m determined to do even better.”
Lillian announced her big 2019 projects saying, “I have started a new journey of self discovery and I invite you to walk with me as I unveil my new projects. Keep it here for the unveiling. LILLIAN MULI The Brand.”
But it seems the dark cloud has passed and the two seem to have worked out their issues. Recently, Lillian was in Kisii country – where Jared is from -and she tried out a delicacy unique to the region.

Adding, “I’m not going to please everyone; not everyone’s going to like me. I accepted that a long time ago, and if I had to shed a tear every time Someone hated on me, believe me, I’d be severely dehydrated.? I made peace with myself and I’m so in Love with the woman I’ve become. Fearless!”
