Kenyans Female Artist Akothee has called upon coastal leaders to jump in and support the entertainment industry.
The Singer officially introduced an artist fro the coast (Ziki Mtanah) under her mentorship.
Akothee says that it is very possible for coastal artists to unite and probably meet up to discuss how they can support their music.
Several artist from the coast have been doing great in the industry and are recognized for their talent and top achievements.
Some of the artists who are shaking the music space with their vocals include, Otile Brown, Vera Sidika, Masauti, Susumila among others.
Akothee tagged Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Kilifi Governor Kingi asking them to show their support to local artists.
The move by Akothee to take up the role to mother an artist came after top artists were challenged to spread the energy to upcoming artists.
The female artist went all the way out to ensure that she goes beyond support for talent and even show concern toward the outward appearance of the artist.
Akothee treated her new artists to a full make over with a mega shopping.
