The war against terror was one of our biggest threats in many years. Many terrorists groups have always capitalized on this to carry out deadly attacks in the Kenyan soil. But this is coming to and end.
Brave KDF soldiers managed to stop another Al Shabaab attack in Garissa. The group of Al Shabaab terrorists was believed to have targeted the Chinese workers among other citizens working on a road construction project in Shimbirey area in Garissa.
The brave KDF soldiers who were informed of the attack took them boldly in a fire exchange which left some of them killed while the rest scattered with bullet injuries.
It was one action of bravery from our KDF soldiers who were around the area manning who decided to swing into action to prevent any other further lose to the country.

This comes as the state continues with numerous operations to bring to book the key people involved in the planning and execution of the Dusit Attack which left 21 people dead.
So far 8 people are being held in police custodians in connection with the Dusit attack as key suspect: Ali Salim Gachunge and his wife Violet Kemunto who also fled.
