World Cup winner Mbappe speaks on his future

French International Kylian Mbappe has not ruled out a future move to Real Madrid, though the Paris Saint-Germain sensation insisted he is “very happy” at the Ligue 1 champions.

Madrid has been long-term admirers of Mbappe and the 20-year-old star continues to be linked with the Champions League holders and LaLiga giants.

After bagging a hattrick in their Saturday emphatic win over Guingamp, Mbappe, who helped France win the 2018 World Cup, was asked about Madrid following and admitted that he could not rule out a move in the future.

Mbappe, who has scored a Ligue 1-high 17 goals and 21 in all competitions this season, added: “I’m very happy with how things are going for me at Paris Saint-Germain. I’m fine here, but in football and the future, you never know. I’m under contract until 2021 and so now’s not the moment to think about anything else.”

Apart from Mbappe, Edison Cavani too scored a hattrick in the match with Neymar scoring a double in the game; Cavani reaching another milestone in his PSG career.

“I’m very happy to have scored my 100th and even my 101st goal at the Parc des Princes. I am in the club’s history and I want to keep scoring goals to help my team. The 100th goal was a one-two between Di Maria and Neymar, he put the ball on my head and I finished it off,” Cavani said.

The team will hope they can continue with the same form in the Champions League where Manchester United lie in wait next.
