In a Friday ruling, justice Isaac Lenaola declared that Babu Owino, whose real name is Paul Ongili, was validly elected in the the petition by Jubilee Party candidate,Francis Mureithi, who claimed that the election was marred with massive irregularities.
Babu Owino’s win was extraordinary as he was surviving a third petition.Many have taken to twitter to congratulate the young but very vocal politician for this win
