Celebrated Kenyans video producer Jibril Blessing, alias JBlessing and his brother Patrick Mbaru aka SaintP are in mourning following the demise of their father Mzee Winston Kazungu.
It is reported that Mzee Kazungu died on Friday, January 18, days aafter a brave battle with cancer.
Mzee Kazungu died barely days after the producer’s brother Saint P had taken to social media to make emotional medical appeal.
“My dad has been battling cancer for a while now and we recently relocated him to a wellness centre in Kisumu where he is receiving special care since he is at stage 4. The treatment costs have become quite costly and since he is showing great improvement. We would still like him to get the best care because it’s all we can give for now as we pray for God to see him through. Your financial prayers and encouragement support will be appreciated, God bless you.” read the appeal.
J Blessing dad’s cancer was at stage four and had been admitted at a wellness center in Kisumu where he was receiving specialised treatment. News of his demise was confirmed by Jblessing’s brother Saint P in a phone interview with a local daily.
