PSG Start Kylian Mbappe Fires a Warning shot to Manchester United ahead of CL tie

KYLIAN MBAPPE has warned his Paris Saint-Germain team-mates not to underestimate Manchester United when the two sides meet in the Champions League.

The pair will go head to head in the last 16, with the first leg due to take place at Old Trafford on February 12.

PSG will go into the clash as big favourites, although United have enjoyed a massive upturn in from since interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over from the sacked Jose Mourinho lats month.

The Norwegian has led them to six wins in six games in all competitions.

And Mbappe is expecting the new and improved United to provide his side with a huge test

“People’s point of view of that team may have changed, but ours hasn’t,” the 20-year-old said.

“In football, there are highs and there are lows. They have had some difficult moments, and now they are back in form.

“It’s a good team and we’ve to prepare for when we play them.

PSG have not been past the quarter-final stage since their super-rich Qatari owners took over the club in 2011.

United stand in their way of a place in the last eight this year and Mbappe’s team-mate Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting echoed the Frenchman’s words and is expecting a tough two legs.

However, the former Stoke City attacker insists they can beat anybody who is put in front of them.
