The ODM party has today congratulated Babu Owino for his win in the supreme court ruling.
Babu Owino won the petition as Embakasi East MP against his jubilee counterpart Francis Mureithi.
Speaking in regard to the court ruling, the MP said that he is humbled by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kenya that has today upheld his election.
According to the MP, this decision is timely as it now frees him to fully concentrate on the bursary Programme that he is currently running.
Babu Owino says that the program will see upwards of six thousand students benefit from education support.
The Embakasi East Mp assured that his commitment is to the people and the nation at large.
He also called upon his counterpart to combine efforts and work together in the spirit of serving the people of Embakasi East
