The #10YearChallenge has been going on for the past one week now with social media users taking pictures and posting their 10 years throwback photoes of how they looked then and now.
Well we all know ten years ago socialite Vera Sidika was nowhere to be heard infact she was dark wherever she was with no plastics all over her body.
Veteran singer Meg C has now confirmed that the flamboyant socialite Vera’s humble beginning as she unearthed a photo the two when they took a picture in Mombasa back in the day.
While speaking to one of the daily entertainment newspapers, Meg C said, “We were at the Mombasa Music Awards where I had been called to perform. That is where I first met Vera as she ushered the guests in among other girls. She has really had a humble background. This shows how far one can really come from to make it in life.”
“I have come a long way too, just as has everyone else. But when I talk about Vera taking the crown for the #10YearChallenge, I can confirm this has been a whole journey. Respect,” she added.
Meg C is slowly making her comeback after almost five years of silence, the young singer is ready to continue from where she left it after a devastating depression that threatened her health.
While giving her story Meg c said, “I have gone through hell and back but I am glad I have got the strength to pick up from where I left and move on. I suffered depression and quit showbiz and that is why you haven’t have heard of me since. But I am now back,” she said.
