The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has successfully prosecuted his first corruption case. Selesio Karanja a former employee of the Devolution Ministry will serve four years in Prison if he fails to pay a sh. 4 million fine.
Karanja was a former Supply Chain assistant in the Devolution Ministry. Anti-Corruption Court chief magistrate Lawrence Mugambi found Karanja guilty of fraudulent procurement practice involving a Sh47.6 million tender. The magistrate further barred Karanja from holding any public office.

May be selesio karanja accepted the guilty plea and from 40M he remains with a clean 36M.Its still good bizz coz if he gets acquitted he will have to pay lawyers fee amounting to millions. @NYS thieves see the light at the end of the channel,whichever way the case go
