Willy Paul: God spared me to fulfill his purpose

Kenyan Gospel Artist Willy Paul has recently shared his testimony following the narrow escape from the Dusit Attack.

It has only been weeks since the previous incidents of the loss of his two dancers and Willy Paul says that he was confused by all this tragedy.

Willy Paul however says that whatever is happening, he believes that God is more powerful.

The Singer however says that  he  believes that being prayerful might be the reason why he is holding on despite the unfortunate incidents.

During and interview on Mseto East Africa, Willy Paul said that he believes that God is not done with him yet.

He links his survival to the belief that there is something that God still wants him to achieve; a purpose to be fulfilled.

On how he escaped from the scene, Willy Paul says that he had attended a meeting in a building near the scene before the commotion began.

Willy Paul says that around 2-3 pm, they heard the first explosion shortly after arriving at the meeting room.

The Singer  says that people were running allover the place and for him, he says that he has never seen something like that in his life.

Willy Paul  mentioned that the exit which people were using was flooded but together with his cousin, they escaped by jumping over security grills.

The artist also added that he had to leave his car behind; since they used a motorbike to leave the scene.

Weezkid was among the people who called him to pray with him after a pastor sent him a message.

Willy Paul says that surviving this was no coincidence and he believes that God is onto something.
