Residents said a madman, who used to walk around in similar boxers, has been reported missing from December 22, 2018.

Kisauni police boss Sangura Musee said police are establishing the identity of the dead man.

The body was taken to Coast General Hospital mortuary.

In other missing news, former Multimedia University of Kenya (MMU) student, Susan Njoki, who went missing on December 30, 2018, was found dead.

Ms Njoki’s body was found lying at Nairobi’s City Mortuary on Monday, January 14, her elder brother, Suleiman Ngige, has confirmed.

Mr Ngige said a City Mortuary attendant, who came across his social media post announcing his sister’s disappearance, informed him that he had seen Ms Njoki’s body at the morgue.

“We are currently at a city police station trying to find out what exactly led to my sister’s death. However, preliminary investigations show that she was run over by a vehicle, which left her dead on December 31. Her body, according to the morgue attendant, who I spoke to, was taken to the facility by a police van from Juja station at 3 am on New Year’s Eve,” said Mr Ngige in a shaky voice.
