Alan Brazil insists Ole Gunnar Solskjaer deserves to be appointed as Manchester United’s next permanent manager.
The Old Trafford legend has revitalised a lacklustre Red Devils side since taking over as caretaker boss in mid-December – claiming six straight wins in all competitions.
He overcame his first real test with a 1-0 away victory over Tottenham on Sunday, and many are now strongly tipping the Norwegian to take the full-time job.
“The way they’re playing, everyone looks comfortable and happy and he made big decisions yesterday.
“Anyone must look at that side and say, ‘What ever went wrong? What has happened for the last eight or nine months?’
“You can tell right away that they’re fighting for each other.”
Former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood also believes the Norwegian should be given the permanent job at Old Trafford, telling the Sports Breakfast: “He’s lifted the cloud that was over Manchester United.
“Everyone looks comfortable and happy.”
Alan Brazil believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has shown he deserves the #MUFC job on a permanent basis.

“They all seem to be signing off the same hymn sheet and they’re all smiling now, there’s a happy environment there.
“If they don’t get the man they want – it’s tipped to be Pochettino but I don’t believe he would want to leave Tottenham to go to Manchester United just yet – why not?
“Jose Mourinho was a proven and prolific winner wherever he has been, but he just didn’t fit at Manchester United.
“Ole seems to be a perfect fit, so why not?”
