following reports linking him with a move to Manchester United in the January transfer window, Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar has blasted the speculations in an explicit rant.
Manchester United have been reported to be seeking solutions for their leaky defense that has conceded 32 league goals this season. United have been linked with Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Nikola Milenković form Fiorentina and Skriniar. Reports have also been linking Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin with a move to Inter Milan as Skriniar’s replacement should the Slovakian leave the Milan based side.
Skriniar took to social media to blast the reports linking him with a move out of Inter in the January transfer window by a Slovakian news outlet, “You write things that you don’t even know. You are sh***. Now write an article on this.”
The defender was also once quoted to be flattered by the Man United interests under the then manager Jose Mourinho, “When some coach like Jose says that he is looking for a player like me or somebody else, it’s always nice, but I don’t know why these rumors continue. Even if Jose is one of the most famous, best, greatest coaches in the world, it’s not something I think of because I’m playing for Inter and am happy here at Inter.”
