Solskjaer has also won all five of his games by at least two goals, something Sir Alex Ferguson will be extremely proud of.
The Scottish legend was consulted about the hiring of his former player, with Solskjaer said to be in constant contact with his former mentor.
And the 77-year-old reportedly told the new generation at his beloved side: “You can make this club great again.”
A source close to the club, per The Sun, said: “He told the lads that this group will make
United dominant and successful again.
“He said that he believes in them and he wants them to enjoy themselves and to fight hard for each other and leave everything on the pitch.
“He also told them that the club is in good hands and he promised them that it will become bigger and better in the years to come and they will be part of this success.
“The players believe that there are some good times ahead.”
What a change in mood a managerial change can have at a club.
A few weeks back, the only reports that were coming out of Old Trafford were doom and gloom, now it’s nothing but positivity.
