How Waiguru is killing new katika dance moves after Murathe’s resignation

Do you remember Kirinyaga Governor Mrs Anne Waiguru katika dance moves? Most definitely you all can remember how she killed the moves.

But right now ,she is seemingly preparing to get on  the stage again.

Anne Waiguru and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen are among Jubilee leaders who have welcomed the resignation of David Murathe as the party vice chairman.

Waiguru, while referring to Murathe, said reckless utterances can often lead to unnecessary divisions and chaos.

“While freedom of expression is a protected right, incivility has no place in present-day Kenya or within the ruling Jubilee Party. We welcome the timely resignation of Murathe as a matter of course,” she tweeted.

Murathe had told Waiguru she could have the vice chairman job when she first called for Jubilee Party elections to appoint leaders with “legitimate mandate”

Murathe took up the vice chairman position in an interim capacity following the party’s failure to hold elections.

Waiguru yesterrday tweeted, “.. #Muratheresigns… it’s about time! Viva Jubilee viva. Now Jubilee elections,.”

Murkomen, on the other hand, applauded President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto for having a hand in the resignation of Murathe.

“Congratulations to Jubilee Party Leader  Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy Party Leader for restoring order into the party. Tuko Pamoja,” he said.

Murathe who resigned on Sunday said his continued stay in the ruling outfit is no longer tenable.

But he maintained that his position that DP William Ruto is not fit to lead the country still stands.
