Chelsea ace  to TRIPLE salary when he seals transfer away from Stamford Bridge

Tammy Abraham has been offered a £6million-a-year salary to quit Chelsea and join Wolves as the Midlands club look to tie up an £18m transfer.

The England international – who is currently on loan at Aston Villa – currently earns £42,000-a-week but after a goalscoring flurry in the Championship, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are willing to nearly triple his wages in order to convince him to join them on a permanent basis.

Abraham has been offered a whopping £120,000 to move to Molineux as part of an £18m transfer, although he is expected to join them on loan first, according to The Sun.

The 21-year-old has been in incredible form for Wolves local rivals Villa and was due a bonus of £500,000 if he fired Dean Smith’s side to promotion but the allure of Premier League football has turned his head and he’s set to move to Wolverhampton in January.

Villa were hopeful of keeping him but Abraham has his heart set on a return to the Premier League and he’s keen to wrap up a permanent move to Molineux on a bumper salary.

However, the Chelsea star faces an anxious wait over his latest loan move as Wolves await a decision from Fifa over whether a deal can be completed.

Fifa rules prevent players from appearing for three clubs in a single season and Abraham has played for Chelsea in the Community Shield and at Under-23 level. Should Fifa recognise his Premier League 2 appearance as a competitive match then he will be forced to stay at Villa Park for the second half of the season.
